Stock Full 5 Files ROM For Samsung Galaxy Note 8

Hello Samsung Galaxy Note 8 users! Do you feel satisfied with your current Galaxy Note 8 for your daily tasks? Do you feel good with the stock ROM based on Android 7.1.1 on your phone? If yes, we congratulate on you. But we know many of you can’t stand only using it with the limitation from Samsung. A lot of you have already customized your Note 8 such as rooting, or installing custom recovery. If  it’s successful, it’s great. However, it fails, your phone will be stuck on the booting up screen. That time you will need to flash the stock ROM for your device through Odin. If any of you are looking the stock full ROM file for your Note 8, we are here to help you. For those who don’t know, Full Firmware” is firmware 4 file or 5 file (BL_ , AP_ , CP_ , CSC_ , EFS_ ,…), sometimes is a single file (All_…) and includes the standard PIT files. When you flash “Full Firmware” & PIT files, your Note 8’s partitions will be repaired, re-formatted . It is very useful in such situations:

  • Soft brick
  • Failed to mount a partition: efs, data, system,…
  • Failed flash firmware via Odin (stop at a partition: HIDDEN, CACHE,…)
  • Bootloop
  • Factory reset

How To Flash Stock ROM Via Odin
  • Back up all your important data (videos, photo, messages, contacts,…)
  • Extract (unzip) the firmware file
  • Download and install Samsung USB driver on your computer
  • Download the latest Odin software to flash the stock ROM from here. ( Updated: Download this modified Odin for those who get the “SHA256 is Invalid” error with Odin.)
  • Now, launch Odin app
  • Boot your Galaxy Note 8 into the Odin Mode (press and hold Bixby + Power + Volume Down buttons)
  • Plug your phone to the computer and wait until you see a blue sign with ID:COM in Odin
  • Now, add the firmwares file to Odin:

–BL_xxx file to BL

–AP_xxx file to AP (if firmware is a single file, you just add to AP)

–CP_xxx file to CP

–CSC_xxx file to CSC

  • Next, add the PIT file to Odin by selecting “Pit” tab, then click “PIT” and open *.pit file (skip if the stock firmware does not include the PIT file)
  • Finally click the Start button, enjoy a cup of coffee, and wait few minutes to finish the process.
